A chartered quantity surveyor and non-practising barrister, working in construction disputes, acting for clients, contractors and sub-contractors.
Will prepare construction contract claims, submissions for construction contract adjudications and give advice on construction contracts. Primary role for several years has been as a freelance in-house legal advisor at a construction consultancy. Will take on work in London and the southern counties as a freelance. Rates will depend on the nature of the work and are subject to negotiation and competitive. Further information is available on request.
